These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the bdd22 platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bdd22 ("bdd22", "Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the bdd22 online casino and sports betting services available at bdd22.bet. These Terms apply to all players accessing the platform from Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction where the player chooses to participate.

By accessing or using the bdd22 platform in any capacity — including browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform. bdd22 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

Minimum Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the bdd22 platform in any capacity. By registering, you warrant that you meet this age requirement. bdd22 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age (such as a National ID card or passport) at any time. Where a player is found to be under the age of 21, their account will be immediately closed, all winnings voided, and any deposited funds returned subject to verification of the payment method used.
Geographic Eligibility
bdd22 is operated for and primarily targets players in Bangladesh. Players are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction and for complying with all local laws applicable to online wagering activities. bdd22 does not represent or warrant that use of the platform is legal in any specific jurisdiction. Players who access the platform from restricted jurisdictions do so at their own risk.
Account Restrictions
bdd22 reserves the right to refuse registration or close an account at its sole discretion, including where it has reasonable grounds to believe a player has breached these Terms, provided false information during registration, is acting on behalf of another person, or is otherwise using the platform in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.

3. Account Registration and Management

To access the full range of bdd22 services you must register a player account. Registration requires you to provide your Bangladeshi mobile number and to create a secure password. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information at the time of registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. bdd22 may require additional identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or applying bonuses.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your mobile number and password. bdd22 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where such use resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify bdd22 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

One Account Per Person
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one bdd22 account. Opening or operating multiple accounts — including accounts registered under different names or mobile numbers belonging to the same individual — is strictly prohibited. bdd22 employs automated systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts belonging to the same individual may be closed immediately and any balances, winnings and bonuses across all accounts may be forfeited.
Account Verification (KYC)
bdd22 may request identity verification documents at any point — particularly before processing a player's first withdrawal or when the platform has reason to verify the player's identity, age or payment method. Acceptable documents include a Bangladesh National Identity Card, passport or driving licence. Failure to provide the requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal processing until verification is completed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

bdd22 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), and City Bank. Deposits are credited to your bdd22 account balance in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All amounts on the platform are displayed in BDT using the ৳ symbol. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set per payment method and may be updated from time to time; current minimums are displayed within the deposit and withdrawal sections of your account.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, except where bdd22 support has approved an alternative. Withdrawal requests are subject to verification and will be processed within the timeframe stated in the withdrawal section of the platform. bdd22 reserves the right to request documentation before processing a withdrawal where it has grounds to verify the identity of the account holder or the legitimacy of the payment method.

Deposit Policy
All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the player's own name. bdd22 does not accept deposits from third parties. Deposits made via methods not belonging to the registered account holder may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation. bdd22 does not charge a processing fee on deposits; however, your mobile wallet provider (e.g. bKash or Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawal requests are processed on a rolling basis during operational hours. Standard processing time is 15 to 30 minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). Bank transfers may take longer depending on the receiving institution. Withdrawal requests submitted outside operational hours will be queued and processed at the next available opportunity. bdd22 may withhold a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, a bonus terms breach, or an outstanding KYC requirement.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

bdd22 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and seasonal promotions tied to events in the Bangladesh calendar such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh and BPL season. All bonuses are subject to their individual terms and conditions, which are published alongside each promotion.

Bonuses credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in that bonus's specific terms. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses must be wagered within 30 days of being credited, after which any un-wagered bonus balance will expire and be removed from the account. bdd22 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice.

Bonus Abuse
Any attempt to abuse the bdd22 bonus system — including registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, using automated tools or bots to complete wagering requirements, or engaging in coordinated play with other accounts to manipulate bonus outcomes — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where bdd22 identifies bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings, close the account, and recover any funds paid out as a result of the abuse.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Players are prohibited from engaging in any conduct that is fraudulent, abusive, harmful or otherwise in breach of these Terms. bdd22 takes a zero-tolerance approach to the following prohibited activities and will take immediate action — including account suspension, balance forfeiture and recovery of losses caused — where any of the following are identified.

The following are strictly prohibited on bdd22:
  • Registering more than one account or providing false identity information during registration
  • Depositing or withdrawing funds using a payment method not registered in the player's own name
  • Using automated software, scripts, bots or AI tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game
  • Exploiting software errors, bugs or loopholes to gain credits or winnings not legitimately won
  • Engaging in money laundering or using the platform for any illegal financial activity

7. Responsible Gaming

bdd22 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on its platform. Gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial distress. bdd22 provides all account holders with access to responsible gaming tools including deposit limits (daily, weekly and monthly), session time alerts, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from your account settings after logging in. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively to manage their play.

If you believe that your gambling behaviour is causing harm to yourself or others, bdd22 encourages you to set a self-exclusion period using the tool in your account settings, or to contact bdd22 support directly. During a self-exclusion period you will be unable to log in, deposit or place bets. Self-exclusions cannot be reversed before the agreed period has elapsed. Players must be 21 years or older to hold an account on bdd22. This age requirement exists to protect young people from the potential harms associated with gambling.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the bdd22 platform — including but not limited to the bdd22 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics and promotional materials — is the property of bdd22 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any content on the bdd22 platform without the prior written consent of bdd22.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdd22 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure. bdd22's total liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bdd22 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bdd22 uses commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and security but does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime or events beyond bdd22's reasonable control may temporarily affect platform availability.

10. Amendments to These Terms

bdd22 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bdd22 will endeavour to notify registered players by means of a notice on the platform or by communication to the mobile number associated with the player's account. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the bdd22 platform after any change to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which bdd22 operates. In the event of a dispute between a player and bdd22, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting bdd22 customer support. bdd22 will use reasonable efforts to resolve all player disputes fairly and promptly. If informal resolution is not possible, the dispute may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body. Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under applicable law.
